When i have mentioned that there are 800,000 British living in Spain that would lose their automatic right to live, work and have healthcare there....There has never been any sympathy either

 

And whenever the subject of British subjects getting the same treatment as their fellow British in the way of for example their heating allowance...No support for that either...It has been words to the effect of "If they choose to leave, good riddance to them"

I don't think it makes difference who they are.

 

They are there to do a job, just the same as a company of travel reps or plumbers.

 

Why would they pay less tax than anybody else just because they signed up to the army?

Now to get back on topic, I wouldn't have thought you would have given a toss for ex-pat Brits living in Cyprus, after all thats what they get for putting all their eggs in the one basket. If you had your way and we withdrew from the EU they would very likely stand to lose a lot more.
