As a great man once said "jaw, jaw is better than war, war".

However, holding a conversation with a megalomaniac isn't a simple matter.

I don't think that we should go to war without stronger evidence of a real and imminent threat to Middle east or world peace.

But you all need to be clear about one thing, at least we are able to argue amongst ourselves and disagree with our government.

Try that in Iraq and see how you get by.

Ask the 20,000 or so of his fellow countrymen that he gassed to death.

We appeased Hitler and look what happened.

War is a last resort, but it should not be ignored as a solution.

i am sure mr bush and mr blair would listen ,then promptly forget anything said to them , they have committed themselves and as it is VERY expensive to have idle soldiers sitting about sunning themselves on costa kuwait, a war is nessesary just to cut the wage bill ( do you realise how much bottled water costs ) body bags are far cheaper than wages
