Free to choose apart from the ones where the trust poked their nose in. Common eel. tope. Bass and sea bream. All restricted.

New for 2016 TAT are the main instigators for the demise of the u k bass charter boat industry, where they went screaming off to parliament and for the first time assisting so called angling gurus set up bass take bans with the e u using rubbish exaggerated info collected by ices from anglers, they must be very proud.

Upgrade, the door has been closed with regards to anglers being linked to the e u superstate and the failed c f p. So TAT will no longer need to pay monies to the EAA anymore as that org is no longer relevant to the u k . Goodbye to the europeon anglers alliance and pathetic restrictions from the e u.

Angling is better than politics, ban politics from angling.

Consumer of bass. where is the evidence that the u k bass stock need angling trust protection. Why won't you work with your peers instead of castigating them. They have the answer.

Recipie's for mullet stew more than welcomed.

Angling sanitation trust and kent and sussex sea anglers org delete's and blocks rsa's alternative opinion on their face book site. Although they claim to rep all.

new for 2014. where is the evidence that the south coast bream stock need the angling trust? Your campaign has no evidence. Why won't you work with your peers, the inshore under tens? As opposed to alienating them? Angling trust failed big time re bait digging, even fish legal attempted to intervene and failed, all for what, nothing.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..

And you believe this clown mister ?

And just where would the millions of pounds lost revenue come from. More council taxes, more road taxes, higher parking fee's ?

They could build one or two less bombs for a start - actually, that's probably all it would take, but I'd bet there's dozens of other ways of saving money without upsetting Joe Public.

Its easy for the government to make money ,for a start fineing anyone whose hedge grows over their boundary ,in our road we have to walk on the mud and wet grass because lazy bastards hedges grow over the footpath in several gardens , a fine of £1000 an inch would get some action ,or parking cars on verges so you have to walk in the road ,theres plenty of money to be made but its easy to just use cameras on hard pressed motorists

Why not a reward scheme of %10 of the fine for fine upstanding citizens who tip them off

Agree entirely Chesters1. people who obstruct the pavement should be fined. I also have no time for people who park illegally and then cry about being fined.

Dave, a simple phone call to the council saying you have to step out into the road because of hedges encroaching should (!!!!!!!!!!!) do the trick. Works where I live :)

Knock on their door, tell them you have just injured yourself by tripping over the hedge, have taken pictures, will be reporting them to the council and who to address the letter from your solicitor to, It will be cut back before you know it.

WWHHHAAAAAT and then have nothing to whine about! (wink) i have emailed them in the past ,automated replies a promise to......but nothing ,you cant have council "officers" dirtying their hand with work can we.

The hardest to deal with is the county council and roads and verges ,continual loop of denial ,you have to walk in the middle of the road as the verges are so overgrown if you walk along side them the oncoming cars dont see you ,if you walk in the middle they see you earlier and you can then leap to the edge and safety ,rush hour is a nightmare of dodging ,one bastart today beeped angrily because i didnt crawl into the nettles to get out of his way as there was an aproaching car on the other side ,bloody women and kids in 4x4's are the worst no regard whatsoever for pedestrians

Obviously you have missed the point and have no idea what it's like to spend your working and driving life in and around London for example. Here's another slant on the same issue, clearly it sets out to point out the big stick and money collecting scam that this minister has identified, millions of pounds collected in this way is deemed inappropriate, the sooner the minister addresses the problem the better.

http://uk.news.yahoo.com/bid-put-brake-parking-spies-020447358.html#n3dPTe2

quote:

Councils are breaking the law by using parking enforcement powers as a "cash cow", Local Government Secretary Eric Pickles has said.

Local authorities in England could be banned from using CCTV cameras and "spy cars" to impose parking fines on motorists under new Government proposals unveiled today.

Mr Pickles told ITV's Daybreak that councils using parking to supplement their income were acting "outside the law" and should prioritise tackling people who are "negligent or inconsiderate in terms of parking or causing dangers to others".

I don't think I missed any points. I spent the first 40 years of my life living within 30 miles of London and a great deal of time driving around it, including in Ambulances being held up by illegally parked vehicles.

Are you saying that you can't run your business without breaking the law? If so then there is something wrong with your business or something wrong with the law.

I don't see how the methods that the councils use to catch you make any difference. If you are not parked illegally then you can't get caught by any method.

Let's agree to respect each others views, no matter how wrong yours may be.
