Nice to hear you got out there.

Shame there were no fish about though, still, it is a bit early yet I suppose.

Now the hatch is sorted, just need some nicer weather.

We have had a couple f paddles too, not fishing, just exploring other options for fishing, tghat has been fun in itself.

right then, dont see why you guys can have all the fun with yaks while bill & i are slaving away with a paint brush, am hijacking this thread & turning into decorating/ brownie points chat

 

heres my new fishing porch

 

 

with new barometer, hygrometer, thermometer & clock

 

new blind & rope pics ( bit twee, i know but i luv em !)

 

plus well stocked bait fridge with dedicated fish freezer below (mrs becky dont go near this one )

 

 

 

and this is the pile of ***** i have to sort thru before finishing the next room. she is due back tomorow. will i make it or not ?

the 2 watercolours above the fridge are of lyme regis, painted by f/o j youens 21 sqd 140 wing, 2 taf. both signed & dated 1992, anyone shed any light on theese ? they were a present from this man

 

his name is andy, those are live ragworms & he has seen eric the yak & wants one of his own. do you think we should let him ?

Cant see any problem with him getting a Yak..........but do you think he would have any bait left for fishing??

I wouldnt let him near my Yak!!!.....he may take a bite from her too.
