Well the wind here has started to ease off a bit, certainly down to just a gale.

Blowing a total hooly here We've got most of a very large and very old silver birch down in the garden, snapped off about 6 ft up so that the firewood situation taken care of for a while

Lots of branches down all over the garden and getting worse with driving rain as well as wind.

Early night tonight, just waiting for the power to go off.

well the pressure has just started rising again here, lowest i recorded was 967.9mb and it was at this time we had our highest gust of 49.8mph.

Am hoping for a bit better show now the pressure is rising again and the wind has changed to a SW. Got my candles ready just incase
