ok not quite today , took this friday while out in my boat on the river medway . we anchored under the road bridge by the courthouse in maidstone to take shelter from the constant rain. looks like we weren't the only ones

What a great action shot that was mate,what were your camera settings? I am off Crimbo shopping into Newcastle with Dorothy shortly :( On the plus side will be taking the camera and tripod with me :rolleyes: need to get something for my December account!!! I have a couple of ideas in my mind,lets see if they come to fruition ;)

 

What temps you got at the moment in Adelaide Mick? Amanda said it was about 30 geg in Sydney.We are slightly lagging behind you,check out the current view from my bedroom window

We've received about two feet of snow the past few days here where I live in Michigan. This morning a female mallard flew out of the creek into my yard, thinking she would walk to my bird feeders for a meal. She sank. At first all I could see was her head poking up and looking about like a periscope on a submarine, then she pulled herself up and eventually flew off. It was quite amusing.
