Sutton Warrior 0
Here we go, taken at the end of a long working day for me, nearly 400 miles round trip to Southampton. But my new back to basics 'Have bag will travel' system, complete with Nikon D5000, camera by my side 24/7! meant I was able to catch this sunset on the last knockings, a few miles from home after dropping my pasengers off SW

Bobj, looks like you had a ball, i knew the termite mounds were big but never seen one as big as that before. well done guys. Cheers Fred Onya mate. Would love to have one of those paphiopedilums... The slipper orchid, but they and cymbidiums are cold weather orchids and won't flower in the tropics. Some more pics: Heading to Lake Argyle, WA. Sunset in the desert. Dundee Beach, got a queenie off those rocks. Zebra finches feeding in the NT desert. A beaut camp, George Ck near Robin Falls, NT (some 15 km south of Adelaide River township) water was pure enough to drink and deep enough to have cooling baths....and catch spangled perch. Zebra stone in situ. It is mesa country, scree slopes 200 metres high and the Z. stone is at the bottom of a 10 metre cliff on top of the scree...And it was 37 C. That is only 1 of 2 known deposits in the world. T'other is near Kununurra, WA. Edited May 14, 2010 by Bobj Cheers, Bobj.

Snatcher 17
Morcambe Bay not an inspiring photo but worth putting on just to ask if anyone would like to own up to "nicking" the sea !!! Took this shot just to the east of Barrow in Furness. I bet the water floods in at a fair rate of knots. I know that some Chinese cocklers were drown here because of that This one is from the top of Hartside pass see here I have been here now on 4 or 5 occasions and am still waiting for a clear day to see it at its best John Fishing digs on the Mull of Galloway - recommendHERE Me when I had hair Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy
