It's years since I fished Whitby Bring it on!

dont bother there was supposed to be one last year at folkestone for us southern softies ,only i and Tony U turned up ,hmmm maybe its because "i" was there they missed a good time ,weather ok fish were present ok they were just innedible ones ,mind you i chuck em all back anyway pout and all

anything north of the M25 at wisley is far away for me ,south is fine its downhill

The problem lay with fixing a date early enough to arrange things, I was up for it unitl the date moved again

 

I would love to fish Whitby but the 600 mile round trip right now is not on the cards, I would have to drive up the day before stay over night, fish all day, stay over night and return the next day, my current work load does not allow for that much time out

A bit dissapointing down there today skip but most peole caught fish mine only 4lb -5oz but the winner did come from there just under 8lb so you were in right area ,but the swell droped to quick and i think that was what spoiled it a little hows your legs skip after that short climb
