Actually, I'm impressed that the Tories have acted on principle rather than for narrow electoral advantage. Although Cameron has been pretty cunning with his stand on English devolution, which with current voting patterns would limit the powers of future Labour administrations. Miliband is back-pedalling wildly having realised what Cameron has set him up for, but in doing so is looking weak and cynical. Whether you like the Tories or not, it does look as if a "well played" may be due.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..
