Do you mean getting hold of the correct fresh vegetables, or getting that "chiffonade" effect when one chops them up?

I might live in a small town but I work in central Birmingham so no problems with ingredients and of course, I know how to cut. I just can't seem to consistently balance the flavours in the dressing.

I've had a little more success recently by toning down the nam pla and lime juice in favour of sweetness. It works but it's not quite right.

Eating wild caught fish is good for my health, reduces food miles and keeps me fit trying to catch them........it's my choice to do it, not yours to stop me!

You'd like a steak French style. So rare it is still cold in the middle.

I like my Steak rare but GF brother always aks them to show it the pan and wipe it`s arse.....to much for my taste this blue steak thing

We are not putting it back it is a lump now put that curry down and go and get the scales
