5 inch Roach, strangely enough a 5 inch roach is usually my first fish of every new season too.

Perch, about 6oz, 14 hook, worm, R Wharfe, Tadcaster. I remember the day quite clearly, had to call my older brother to help me unhook it, it seemed more like 6lb than 6oz to me!
