perhaps if they were caught they could be put in the same condition the users of the platform are in.

pointless giving them a fine but completely smashed legs just may get their attention

Believe NOTHING anyones says or writes unless you witness it yourself and even then your eyes can deceive you

None of this "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" crap it just means i have at least two enemies!

There is only one opinion i listen to ,its mine and its ALWAYS right even when its wrong

The mind really boggles. This really is yet another nail in the coffin of my views on human nature. My first thought is to find these folks, find the remaining bits of wood, tie them to it and introduce a match and some petrol.

Then again, perhaps they should be caught and introduced to the people that they have affected or even introduced properly to the countryside and angling to try and get them to think about the sense in what they have done.

Hmmm, which would be more effective, what do you think?

OI OI,

Try building it with scaffolding & steel platform, if you go cap in hand to a decent scaffolding firm they will help you out with old tubing & lock's,

also try your local brewry for old rubber dart mats to cover it with.

Find the culprits, manacle their legs together in at least 3 places (ankles, knees and calves) put em in a wheelchair and leave them like that for 6 months! Tell them they can trash the wheelchair if they want, but they will get NO help from us!

After 6 months they may have other ideas about damaging things like that!

Just a true reflection on Britain, We have always had mindless idiots and unfortunaly always will.

We as a nation have more than most for some reason.

Just Look at any city Center on a weekend night, !!!

It seems with the demise of the football Holigan they are spread more evenly around all areas of sociaty at least when they were following football you could predict where they were!!

:wallbash: this isnt just confined to angling its the way this country is going crime is growing out of control and the police dont seem to want to actually do anything about it i bet they just got a crime number and probably will never hear any more about it. The amount of yobs patrolling the streets being abusive and causing criminal damage around where i live is on the increase and nothing is done about it , these yobs should be put in chain gangs made to repair the damage they have done at their expence and be properly punnished for their actions... sorry if im going on a bit but it makes me so angry! and the papers should name and shame them!
