with my new toy theres no problem ,not using it yet i like to go through everything first making sure its 100% (good practice when your new cars 18 years old) may take a few months but i;m not in a hurry i took 6 months to go 50 yards in the espace.

cars are a form of transport in my book nothing more.

infact i hate driving cars prefering the putt putt but the mrs likes to go out :(

first time out in the golf today (its been resting for 7 months) forgot what a real gearbox is the espace was agricultural in the extreme and that strange feeling of dread when you corner has gone ,mind you we also forgot how damn small it is inside.

I like my bike too but probs with my hips mean I need a smaller one, but for the moment I opted for a 4 wheel bike! its nearly 10 years old and is going to take some looking after, but I like fiddling! Those old Volvos are good motors easy to work on plenty of spares but a bit thirsty as I recall?

Hello Janet, Martin was telling me about you in the studio the other morning. Glad to see that you are really enjoying this wonderful pastime.

Did he tell you about the Prince Albert Open Day on the 10th of June at Ribchester it's a great day out and its free.

I'll be there doing the centerpin demonstation

Alan, Martin's told me all about the Open Day, and has given me a programme. Looks as though there's a lot of interesting stuff going on throughout the day.

I'll most definitely be there! (I've arranged to come along with Wendy Perry).

After the day's fishing I had today with Martin, I just can't wait to learn more!

I would agree with Alan, I rarely visit the forums nowadays. This is down to the few who seemed to need to be obnoxious just for the sake of it. I pop back in every now and again, but sadly I seem to find the forum deteriorating into nastiness with a regularity that did not used to be here and leave (for a while) again.
