I love jokes.

I love everyone that posts jokes.

There is nothing better than reading a good joke.

There is nobody better than someone who posts jokes.

OK, that should keep five bellies off my back. ;)

Why don't we have a separate section for jokes and YouTube type funnys ?

I think that's a good idea, myself.

I like jokes, but sometimes a proliferation of them in the forum stifles all the other waffl....err, in-depth conversation here.

I'm willing to go with the flow on this one.

How about an ignore Hembo section. :P

Didn't mean it. :)

Free to choose apart from the ones where the trust poked their nose in. Common eel. tope. Bass and sea bream. All restricted.

New for 2016 TAT are the main instigators for the demise of the u k bass charter boat industry, where they went screaming off to parliament and for the first time assisting so called angling gurus set up bass take bans with the e u using rubbish exaggerated info collected by ices from anglers, they must be very proud.

Upgrade, the door has been closed with regards to anglers being linked to the e u superstate and the failed c f p. So TAT will no longer need to pay monies to the EAA anymore as that org is no longer relevant to the u k . Goodbye to the europeon anglers alliance and pathetic restrictions from the e u.

Angling is better than politics, ban politics from angling.

Consumer of bass. where is the evidence that the u k bass stock need angling trust protection. Why won't you work with your peers instead of castigating them. They have the answer.

Recipie's for mullet stew more than welcomed.

Angling sanitation trust and kent and sussex sea anglers org delete's and blocks rsa's alternative opinion on their face book site. Although they claim to rep all.

new for 2014. where is the evidence that the south coast bream stock need the angling trust? Your campaign has no evidence. Why won't you work with your peers, the inshore under tens? As opposed to alienating them? Angling trust failed big time re bait digging, even fish legal attempted to intervene and failed, all for what, nothing.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..

I don't mind the jokes, but I've given up looking at vids that others post a link to.

I will no longer have to ignore all those entreaties such as:-

You must see this,

It's the funniest thing ever,

I nearly wet myself,

Take a look here,

I need new keyboard after seeing this.

Sorry, but 99.9 % of them just ain't funny (to me).

So, yes a forum just for silly videos please Elton.

I think the jokes and other funnies help to break up the other duller items that we chew over, I love to come on here for that reason the variety is great. :D:D

Hembo does stretch a point sometimes when it comes to funny  but I can live with that

I fish, I catches a few, I lose a few, BUT I enjoys. Anglers Trust PM

But only just Ken. ;)

Bobj's thread 'Have a laugh', is the ideal place. If only people would just post jokes in that thread, they would be in one place and easily found if you like to look at jokes etc, and easily ignored if you don't.

It would save Elton from adding another section to the forum.

John.

Angling is more than just catching fish, if it wasn't it would just be called 'catching'......... John

The jokes and links to 'funny' videos posted on here and other forums are the forum equivalent of those emails sent to everybody in the senders address book which claim to be the funniest thing ever but almost always only serve to highlight the senders total lack of quality control in their sense of humour. I never open 'those' emails and never read the threads on here that contain similar material, so it makes little difference where they're posted.

Nice to know I'm not alone.

I'd still prefer a separate section for videos, then I won't have to open a topic only to find it's a link to a video I don't want to see, and then forget and open it again three days later. :o
