latest independent survey in, we're not leaving, we're gonna be shackled to the socialist I'm owed takers for ever. I can feel the rates are going to have go up. ohh and Rochester lost it's city status a few years ago now. must consider a move.

 

 

Final Rochester Town Council Campaign Update 31 January 2018

As you may have already heard, last Thursday (25 January), Medway Council formally rejected our proposal to create a Town Council for Rochester. This followed the results of the Community Governance Review, which found that only 35% of respondents supported creating a Town Council in Rochester. Support was highest in the north and west of the City and among younger respondents. Opposition was strongest in the south and east of the City and among respondents aged over 55.

We are obviously disappointed with this result and imagine many of you are too. We are glad we were able to bring about this debate and give Rochester’s Residents a chance to have their voice on how their City is governed. We are proud of our City and we are confident it will continue to thrive and prosper as a cherished and integral part of Medway.

Thank you for your support for our campaign and, more importantly, for your passion for our wonderful city!

Meanwhile, just across the open boarder in France, it seems that the illegal migrants living in Calais and just itching to bring their special brand of "cultural enrichment" to the UK, just couldn't hold themselves in any longer and enriched in France before they even managed to penetrate our little island.

 

Meanwhile the EU continues to dither about securing its borders.

Buggers they will put our scum and thugs out of work if they get across.

France is being canny they know a great number will get here so rather than tightening their other borders just bide their time dealing with the flare ups and charging us for the privilage of their bad borders

 

They could just issue them all french documents and put them on the ferry ,its very strange they have not its logical to me to do so
