I hope Liz Truss gets it as she will without doubt put the Conservatives out of power for decades . That is a racing certainty . I did put a tenner  on Richie at 5/2 because he has more brains in his big toe than truss . But it’s looks like I am going to lose my tenner but it’s worth every penny as the party members think truss is a winner , but 30% of the party members actually still think Johnson should be in the mix .Where exactly have they been when the results of the last few by-ejections were announced . Shows just how much how of touch these people are and how the public actually feel .

This is funny 😂 and it’s now  2022 ???? They will be lining up to take a pot shot .

Barking dogs deter drones 😁 our future PM about right !! Liz is the queen of gaffs she will keep us entertained .

Conservative Party members actually wanted Kemi Badenoch, but have been stitched up by the same treacherous, globalist MPs that tried to prevent Brexit.

Rishi is the shoe-in that those low-life would like to see as PM, but the membership loath him. They're not keen on Truss either, so it'll be interesting to see how things pan out.

More bad news for ‘us’ idiots who voted Brexit.

Entirely due to our lack of common sense and intellect 130,000 passengers have had their holiday plans totally disrupted by the cancellation of 1,000 Lufthansa flights from Germany this past week! 🤣🤣🤣

And perhaps now is a good time to raise the pot.

Some on here constantly dribble on their remoaner tears about what is supposedly happening now the U.K. has left EUSSR? Not much has been said or commented on about what would be happening if the vote was remain.

Right now we would have zero option other than to reduce the U.K. gas use by 15% even though the U.K. uses nothing like that percentage of Russian Gas.

Same for most of Greece and Cyprus, already hampered by the “let’s forget the past (especially war damage reparations Germany was supposed to pay) and move on to the look how much money you owe the EU now” story.

People will get cold, the elderly might die, the “common man” will not even be able to warm up the fryer to cook his cheap Whitby Scampi ffs!

Either that or our industry or perhaps parts of industry reliant on gas will have to shut down, back to the 3 day week maybe?

All because Germany made stupid decisions to shut down nuclear power and once Germany makes a decision France follows and thus there is a ‘majority thought’ for this to be the right thing to do.

Labour shortages affecting hotels and airports is suddenly a minor inconvenience to the EU.

Thankfully we have left and can deal with our own problems, Germany’s problems are no longer ours, France can help them like they did in WWII by identifying all the voters who wish to leave the Federal State and transporting them.

The EU will continue to ‘pledge support’ to the Ukraine without actually giving anything over and Clod will carry on saying that beer is cheaper in Spain whilst the EU sponsored press points out the U.K. needs more insulation paid for by the Govt. which the EU doesn’t support simply because the Spanish don’t give a **** about insulation and equally will not support a gas embargo because they want to keep the fat hot to cook the Whitby Scampi they might receive as Clod gets to be leader of the (insert name here) party.

Britain’s exporters have seen their overseas trade stagnate over the past year despite strong growth in domestic demand for their products and booming export markets, according to a survey.

The British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) said that a survey of 2,600 exporters found a quarter had suffered a fall in exports and another 46% reported no change.

Only 29% reported an increase in sales in the second quarter, down from the 40% that reported an increase in the first quarter.

Firms said Brexit was one of the main barriers to exports, after the introduction of customs checks and delays at the border.

William Bain, the BCC’s head of trade policy, said that since last summer UK exports have stalled to the EU and the rest of the world while many other leading exporting countries have enjoyed a boom.

No, the members clearly wanted Kemi.

And then you're back to your usual incoherent ramblings, where you're convinced that the people want to rejoin the EU.

You're living a fantasy matey. The EU is being torn apart by civil unrest that isn't being reported in UK media and Germany is in a blind panic now that Nordstream 1 is offline.

By the end of the year, nobody if going to be wanting what the EU has to offer.

There were also similar scenes of travel disruption across other European countries, as the peak vacation season gets underway.

In France, traffic was particularly dense around Paris and between Lyon and Valence on Saturday.

Authorities recorded a peak of 790 kilometres (490 miles) of traffic jams Saturday lunchtime on the main roads used by holidaymakers.

This peak was lower than the 930 kilometres (577 miles) recorded in France a year ago.

The situation was "in line with forecasts", indicated the Bison Futé website, which classified traffic conditions in the Rhône-Alpes region as black, the worst rating, orange at the national level and red in the Mediterranean arc in the return direction.

Sink the Tories for decades? That Labour have seen so little of power for decades I can't see a change of the public perception of what Government should look like. Make no mistake the Labour Party is divided, Starmer wants a more centre led agenda whilst he has the problem, a perennial problem with the Unions, as of right now.

I have reservations with Truss, but it should be more about the party as a whole rather than a single personality, however these days you cannot escape the vicious media packs that are intent to disable the country for a headline.

Both candidates are a bit weak, but hey ho we had Boris and couldn't accept a leader that showed some backbone, not really looking forward to a future without him.

Yawn....

Rejoiners are “desperately” trying to figure out how to blame the travel chaos across Europe on Brexit, according to a leading think tank.

Lufthansa, Germany’s national carrier, announced today that it would have to cancel almost all of its flights due to ground crew strike action, putting additional strain on an already stressed travel industry.

The Bruges Group, a pro-Brexit think tank, cited a “radio silence” from the pro-Remain side of the debate.

“As we speak, Remainers are desperately trying to figure out how to blame this on Brexit,” it wrote on Twitter. Don’t worry about the radio silence – they’re just in shock; a member of the FBPE brigade will be along shortly to spin a preposterous yarn.”

Oh look an interesting little map showing LNG capable units in Europe, Clod will not have heard of LNG other than thinking it’s probably a now defunct steam railway that took people to Skegness!

This is obvious because a little while he was dribbling on about U.K. gas storage capability as it was doing the rounds of social media at the time. Not 100% sure but I think he was blaming Boris or Brexit for this oversight.🤔

Note the big gaps down the centre, Germany didn’t need to build expensive LNG terminals because they had Russian gas. 🤣🤣🤣
