Thanks for your point of reply. Please read my post I edited it. Our fishery in Florida in most ways is better than ever because of the sportfisherman who protest to make new laws. Yes is the fishery could not sustain it the laws would prevent us from keeping then. A new law just passed that futher limits Red Grouper fishing in the Gulf. This is an example.

you would be amaized at the lack of legistlalation we have over here as far as our fiheries are concerned as far as I am aware thier are no bag limits on any of our sea water speacies.the size limmits that we observe are the commercial guidlines, and again we have no closed season for any of our spiecies breeding season or not. most of our codes are Just moral isues that we, with varios degrees of succsses try to police our selves. I am sorry if I appeared to be oppinionated Its just after the worst summer for years as farr as fishing is concerned ive had to rethink my values somewhat I sure its just A blip and hope things will settle for next year.but a bit of a worry all the same.
