Oh my, I hope we have not offended the Chinese with our gross insensitivity. With their human rights record, they really have the moral high ground when it comes to matters of freedom of expression.

i dont think it needs one.

 

my neice is at uni over there at the moment (a bit of a celebrity ,very tall ,busty ((am i allowed to notice that?)) foreigners that speak chinese very well draw crowds) any way she is in what was the refurbed area westernised for the olympics.

its all a sham ,on the outside its spectacular modern buildings but inside most of the electrics dont work ,the walls are paper thin hardboard and the internet ropy to the extreme .

 

strange lot as she is a veggie (heaven knows where that came from) the chinese dont understand exactly what it is so they think if your a vegetarian you simply buy a bowl of something pick out the veg and leave the meat LOL

If your a veggie and you come to eat in my house it will be the same. The closest you'll get to a vegitarian meal chez moi will be the chicken. It's corn fed.

I recall going to a braai in Botswana after watching a rugby match. There was a massive supply of food, meats, fish, squid, salads....everything you could imagine, As the evening beers and chat progressed the host announced proudly, and quite seriously, "OK, the food is riddy, cam end hilp yoursilves to inything you want, ind if there are iny vigiterians here, there is chicken at thet ind of the table".

Eating wild caught fish is good for my health, reduces food miles and keeps me fit trying to catch them........it's my choice to do it, not yours to stop me!
