Just had a medicinal glass of red wine with my tea. That should be it now until Friday night(darts match) luxury,alcohol to the excess!!!

Ive just got in from work and have decided to have a alcohol free night as ive not had one in 2 weeks.

Dont get me wrong some nights i might have just 1 can of carling with my tea and other nights on my days off i might have a bottle of red wine.

Tonight im on orange juice.

I try and stick to 30 units a week but its not easy.

I've just opened what I thought was a bottle of white wine that someone had given my for Xmas only to find out it tastes more like port.

 

Disgusting at first but I'm slowly getting to like it.

Just had my medicinal glass of red wine. Off to my local CIU club now(the one I got barred from for 6 months for just enjoying myself!) Going to pay my annual subs,will sink a few Smiffies when I am there.Not too many though cos early shift tomorrow - drats

Home from another 12 hour shift and had a bottle of Swiss larger whilst soaking in the bath.

Then a can of carling with my meal.

I also got the wife to get me a bottle of Taylors port today which ill start on sunday night when ive finished my 5th 12 hour shift and get 4 days off.
