Free to choose apart from the ones where the trust poked their nose in. Common eel. tope. Bass and sea bream. All restricted.

New for 2016 TAT are the main instigators for the demise of the u k bass charter boat industry, where they went screaming off to parliament and for the first time assisting so called angling gurus set up bass take bans with the e u using rubbish exaggerated info collected by ices from anglers, they must be very proud.

Upgrade, the door has been closed with regards to anglers being linked to the e u superstate and the failed c f p. So TAT will no longer need to pay monies to the EAA anymore as that org is no longer relevant to the u k . Goodbye to the europeon anglers alliance and pathetic restrictions from the e u.

Angling is better than politics, ban politics from angling.

Consumer of bass. where is the evidence that the u k bass stock need angling trust protection. Why won't you work with your peers instead of castigating them. They have the answer.

Recipie's for mullet stew more than welcomed.

Angling sanitation trust and kent and sussex sea anglers org delete's and blocks rsa's alternative opinion on their face book site. Although they claim to rep all.

new for 2014. where is the evidence that the south coast bream stock need the angling trust? Your campaign has no evidence. Why won't you work with your peers, the inshore under tens? As opposed to alienating them? Angling trust failed big time re bait digging, even fish legal attempted to intervene and failed, all for what, nothing.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..

Hi Barry

As I have given you a small but meaningful list of just some of labours achievements in there last government could you give us a list of the present coalitions achievements? Unlike you ill try my best to reply to your post after asking the question. O yes by the way

“A nation’s greatness is measured by how it treats its weakest members.’ – Mahatma Ghandi said that, so I suppose you will disregard it as wasn’t reported in the Sun ha ha.

Let us look back to 1997: it was quite a different country and Britain was behind the rest of the world in number of important areas. For instance in 1995 the majority of European nations had a minimum wage including not just countries such as France, Spain, Belgium, and the Netherlands but also less developed countries including Romania, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia and Malta. Britain remained one of the few without one until it was instituted a year after Blair’s election victory. Even the United States, the UK’s partner in neo-liberalism, instituted its minimum wage in the 1930s.

And did somebody want me to list some of the achievements of the last labour government? Longest period of sustained low inflation since the 60s.Low mortgage rates introduced the National Minimum Wage and raised it to £5.52. Over 14,000 more police in England and Wales. Cut overall crime by 32 per cent. Record levels of literacy and numeracy in schools. Young people achieving some of the best ever results at 14, 16, and 18. Funding for every pupil in England has doubled. Employment was at its highest level ever. Written off up to 100 per cent of debt owed by poorest countries. 85,000 more nurses.32,000 more doctors. Brought back matrons to hospital wards. Devolved power to the Scottish Parliament. Devolved power to the Welsh Assembly. Dads now get paternity leave of 2 weeks for the first time. NHS Direct offering free convenient patient advice. Restored city-wide government to London. Record number of students in higher education. Child benefit up 26 per cent since 1997. Delivered 2,200 Sure Start Children’s Centres.. Introduced the Equality and Human Rights Commission. £200 winter fuel payment to pensioners & up to £300 for over-80s. On course to exceed our Kyoto target for reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Restored devolved government to Northern Ireland. Over 36,000 more teachers in England and 274,000 more support staff and teaching assistants. All full time workers now have a right to 24 days paid holiday. A million pensioners lifted out of poverty. 600,000 children lifted out of relative poverty. Introduced child tax credit giving more money to parents. Brought over 1 million social homes up to standard. Inpatient waiting lists down by over half a million since 1997. Cleanest rivers, beaches, drinking water and air since before the industrial revolution.

Free TV licences for over-75s. Banned fur farming and the testing of cosmetics on animals. Free breast cancer screening for all women aged between 50-70. Free off peak local bus travel for over-60s. New Deal – helped over 1.8 million people into work.

Over 3 million child trust funds have been started. Free eye test for over 60s. More than doubled the number of apprenticeships. Free entry to national museums and galleries.

Overseas aid budget more than doubled. Heart disease deaths down by 150,000 and cancer deaths down by 50,000. Cut long-term youth unemployment by 75 per cent.

Free nursery places for every three and four-year-olds

Any more questions?

No-one would ever say that Labour didn't waste any money on some of its more silly ideas, but the scale of waste pales into insignificance when compared to what the tories do. They rely on the average man in the street not being able to comprehend the difference between a million and a billion. So, for example, when Joe Public hears that the Con-Dem alliance are putting digger buckets through four BILLION pounds worth of Nimrod aircraft he thinks that's about the same as it costs to buy a footballer.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-12294766

Watch the video and see the screens they erected to try to stop the public seeing this incredible act of vandalism. Luckily the BBC hired a helicopter to see what was going on or we might never have known what they were up to.

They then claim that this will save £2billion over the next ten years, as if that money was just going to be flushed down the toilet. The reality is that nearly all that money would be spent on the salaries of skilled engineers working on the continuing refit programmes, who will now be thrown on the dole. Where does the government imagine that £2billion would have gone? It doesn't just disappear. The government would take well over 50% of it straight back as tax in one form or another! Of the rest, probably 90% would have simply gone into the local economy, keeping all the self employed in work. So not only the engineers will be on the dole, but the local suppliers, builders, painters, electricians, publicans, restaurant owners etc etc will be joining them.

But a country with high unemployment, an uneducated workforce, high interest rates, total breakdown of society, crime and disorder is what the tories love. That is a country where the "enterprising" (a euphemism for exploitative crooks) can make a fortune.

:) Capitalism's abject failure to provide the vast bulk of humanity with the material means for a dignified existence is not only due to the greed of individual billionaires or the failure of politicians.

If it were, changing society would be a far simpler question of reforming the excesses of capitalism and dealing with the bad apples. But inequality and poverty are part of the fundamental nature of capitalist society.

Since you mention aircraft colin.

It was Dennis healy and the labour government who destroyed the tsr2 programme. That plane was way ahead of it's time, they not only cancelled the programe, directly after it had flown a few times. They burnt it, all the tools, drawings so they made out it didn't exist. That put a few highly trained guys on the dole. They didn't even keep any of it for a possible re use in the future.

Then our illustrious blair and co destroyed world beating Concorde, have you forgotten about that one. They sold it to B A for next to nothing, B A turned around and said it was uneconomic, Richard Branson said he would buy it. Oh no, not good enough for the labour government and B A who certainly didn't want Branson showing them how to do it. So perfectly good aircraft were dismantled, just like throwing your toys out of the pram. Pot and black ring any bells.

Tell us what the labour admin do with all our savings, gold, private pensions, were has all that money gone colin? The party of boom and bust.

Ah yes, what you have given us is missing a couple of facts somewhat. It was dear old Maggie, bless her who first brought all the scheming, scamming mp's into the spotlight with regards to stealing off the taxpayer. Unfortunately she was stabbed in the back by a wet called heseltine before she could do something about it. Still even the last admin only had 13 years or so to do something right for the tax payers, opportunity missed somewhat. Shame that. :)

Keep it warm for us a few days, one more day at work then off to the west country for the weekend, :fishing: please excuse us for not being able to reply to any of the posts until next week some time. :D
