Fish You've Never Caught

What fish have you never caught? Would you like to? Why?

Zander, I am hoping to rectify that this winter. Have always wanted to but just never got around to fishing for them. I have caught all the other fresh water predators so catching a zander would help achieve one of my angling targets.

I'd love to catch a Char. Beautiful fish which in habit some beautiful lakes...

Never caught a Zander nor a Grayling - would like to catch both, simply because I have'nt thus far - one day perhaps??

Grayling, which hopefully Chris is going to help me rectify! Gorgeous fish, one I've always wanted to catch since I saw the Go Fishing episode "Grayling and the Stream".

 

Barbel, Pike, Zander, Salmon, Sea-Trout, Burbot, Whale, Chicken...

have never caught a zander, catfish, any trout, grayling, dace, barbel

just never travelled far enough for those species. Trout dosent particulary interest me anyway

Grayling.Only had one attempt at them and failed :mad:Dont really have the opportunity to fish anywhere with really good head of them. :mad:

Fresh water, Artic Char on a dry fly, gorgeous fish! Salt water, I think I’d like to try to fight a Tarpon on a fly rod set up, they are a powerful fish and they jump a lot!

I would love to catch a Pike and some of the rivers over here (N.Ireland) have got some nice ones in but i don't have the knowledge yet or someone to go with who does so i'm gonna have to wait. As i beleive like most of you these are amazing creatures that don't deserve to be harm from neglect mind you nor does any other fish.
