i think they all put the worst case scenario up front to avoid mr fish's "Earlier on today, apparently, a woman rang the BBC and said she heard there was a hurricane on the way... well, if you're watching, don't worry, there isn't!". That evening, the worst storm to hit South East England since 1703 caused record damage and killed 18 people.

 

now just tell everyone its going to be bad and lie back and know far few people will complain it never happened

Snowing hard here on the North Downs. Coming straight across the fields, front of house is turning white as I watch..........don't think I will be fishing today :)

I was meant to be in Bromley for the works Xmas do last night, but I cancelled because the Saab was still in the garage and I didn't fancy doing the drive home today in my silly little toy car - M25/M4 in snow and poor visibility and a 44 inch high car is asking for trouble. Looks as if it would have been fine.

Been snowing here in Chatham all morning but it is the wet slushy stuff and it is not lying on the roads; I suspect it will all be gone by tomorrow.

Had a real heavy fall tis morning, bad visibility.. Mrs was a bit scared taking me to hospital

This Years' Targets:- As many species by lure as possible. Preferably via Kayak. 15lb+ Pike on Lure...

Species Caught 2012- Pike, Perch.

Kayak Launches- Fresh-8 Salt- 0

Kayak Captures- 14 Pike, 1 Perch.
