I can answer the question as to why they seem to speak perfect English.

Thats because they don't have English TV programs dubbed (Like the french) they use subtitles in dutch instead.

That and good schools i guess.

 

Same here in DK, the danes seem to speak better English than us that only speak english!

Had another good look at the image and the one with the 2 girls on is a definite fake. Just look at the shadow next to the big girl's left leg, it doesn't continue correctly. Plus the shadow is a different width. Also you can see the join??

 

Shame really. Difinety big knockers though!!

I think that it has a lot to do with the growth hormones that they feed cattle with which causes the cows to grow bigger quicker and produce more milk in the case of dairy cattle The hormones are then passed on through the food chain.

If you look back over hundreds of years of there history you will notice that as a small trading nation the Dutch developed there skills with languages to survive in the market place, combine that with arguably one of the best education systems in Europe. The first 2 years (12 to 14 years old)English, French & German are compulsory, at 14 they have to make a choice of languages to concentrate on including Greek or Latin depending on what sort of career they are planning.

 

The British hardly ever bother with languages, either too lazy or arrogant
