I have several of the bags and I think they're great and i'd recommend anyone who hasn't got one to get one (if they travel very light that is) but imo everything else is cheap tat.

Bought a bag this morning, but the missus snaffled it. I spoke to a guy who was buying boots and he said they were much better quality than Dragon Carp one's that fell apart quickly, he was buying a spare pair in case he waded in and saoked them

The two best times to go fishing are when it's raining and when it's not

I'm with you on this one mate i have 4 of these bags there (Tony the Tiger) Great

my mate just bought a small chub (brand ) Bag £30

when i told him he could have got 3 from aldi & 3p change

very similar to the chub bag he went all huffy :rolleyes:

The wife and I got to Aldi a few minutes before it opened this morning and there were about ten people queuing up at the door waiting to get their Aldi fishing stuff.

 

I got myself a Tacklebag for roving, a couple of olive green TShirts plus a nice olive green Fleece and they all look and feel as good as any of the gear I've previously bought from my local tackleshop but were only around a third of the price.

 

Of course I will have to give the things I bought a try; with a bit of roving; down at my local stream tommorrow just to make sure it is ok :D

Happiness is Fish shaped (it used to be woman shaped but the wife is getting on a bit now)
