Form goodness sake follow the thread fully before posting ! for I am quite sure that you have missed the point. I wrote in response to somone having a go at writing, or rather 're-writing' one of my posts. It was not posted to be pedantic , nor to lecture generally about the way English is used in here. I don't criticise others for poor spelling. I make mistakes in that department too, I have mentioned the appaling use of English in the case of a couple of posters. Not in this thread, nor in this section of the forum.

Lady, your pomposity is boundless. Yes, I did see what happened - it is possible to follow a thread without feeling the need to comment, you know - and true to form it elicited your usual over-the-top knee-jerk reaction for a very minor transgression which most on here (save the old grannies) would have made light of.

Excuse my elaboration of a point - re the bad English and such - but by giving a dictionary definition of quantification in order to illustrate my own lack of skill, you have now drawn me into the ever-widening circle of members you have deliberately insulted in order to make your point. Perhaps you don't see it as such, you are only defending yourself, after all. I think you will find that your victims see it very differently.

Free to choose apart from the ones where the trust poked their nose in. Common eel. tope. Bass and sea bream. All restricted.

New for 2016 TAT are the main instigators for the demise of the u k bass charter boat industry, where they went screaming off to parliament and for the first time assisting so called angling gurus set up bass take bans with the e u using rubbish exaggerated info collected by ices from anglers, they must be very proud.

Upgrade, the door has been closed with regards to anglers being linked to the e u superstate and the failed c f p. So TAT will no longer need to pay monies to the EAA anymore as that org is no longer relevant to the u k . Goodbye to the europeon anglers alliance and pathetic restrictions from the e u.

Angling is better than politics, ban politics from angling.

Consumer of bass. where is the evidence that the u k bass stock need angling trust protection. Why won't you work with your peers instead of castigating them. They have the answer.

Recipie's for mullet stew more than welcomed.

Angling sanitation trust and kent and sussex sea anglers org delete's and blocks rsa's alternative opinion on their face book site. Although they claim to rep all.

new for 2014. where is the evidence that the south coast bream stock need the angling trust? Your campaign has no evidence. Why won't you work with your peers, the inshore under tens? As opposed to alienating them? Angling trust failed big time re bait digging, even fish legal attempted to intervene and failed, all for what, nothing.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..

I was going to carry on the whole IMO thing but it would get boring pretty quickly. In my opinion anyway. ^_^

I see that the usual suspects have decided to jump on the bandwagon and try to get an interesting debate closed.

Luxton, just how many times are we to be subjected to your infantile cartoon. You must have put it up in at least a dozen threads. Get something new to say for god's sake.

A good point, well made. Though I don't suppose the stress of being caged in a confined space with a solid mass of your finny brethren helps reduce panic and speed the recovery process overmuch.

A very valid point, do keepnets help cause the death of fish. Cramming a lot of fish into a small area will have an edverse effect of them, IMHO

I never use keepnets now, not done for years. Maybe some of our more outspoken members have a point of view wether keepnets assist in the death of fish.

Maybe you should ease off editing peoles replies to further your petty argument.

Back on topic, tell me, do you agree that keepnets could help in the death of fish. Being trapped for a few hours in a static piece of net will IMHO have an adverse effect on them.

So do any of the people who advocate a quick death for fish believe they are able to feel pain?

If not, why bother with a quick death?

If so, what the hell are you doing to them in the first place?

:o
