Probably not; and probably not the correct term in this case, but there's a white dot (looked like one pixel when blown right up) to the right of birds eye.

 

It's only indicative of a problem if the same thing occurs on all your pics.

its certainly not a dead pixel.

for a start its showing pixel blur and correct colour tonal range for other objects within the image; a dead pixel would show pure colour only and have no pixel blur or colour bleed. my guess its simply a bit of dust or similar on the birds feathers.
