I think I changed some settings in My Controls that make the text area a bit like a word document - I''m sure it will come back to me after a coffeeeeeee

ooooOOOoooo - Just noticed another new thing. Not only does each thread show the members that ar viewing it but also when someone is posting they go to italics like: 4 Members: SandTiger, Jim Roper, Gillies, jangar

Elton, or anyone, is there a facility where you can elect to cover up that you're viewing the forum? There are occasions when I don't want to reply immediately. This was a very useful facility on the old board.

i like the new format,been playing with a few things ,tried the blogs but no luck (will play later) the spellchecker is nice (in the full reply box) i tried a animated (gif) avatar but it didn't work so had to resort to showing my picture for now ! but all in all its great (even the colour)

At first I thought "What the.......!!!!"

 

Had a quick browse round then started playing with the different functions available. The more I played the more I said to myself "Oooh! I like that, that's clever, that's handy!"

 

Sorted myself a Blog out, will be good to look back on in the future I think, so long as stuff is entered onto it.

 

Overall I'm very pleased with the new look forum. So much so I changed my forum name to celebrate the new beginning! No more Townlad!!!!

 

Congrats to Elton & Co on a mammoth task undertaken and up to press is very successful. It's appreciated by me, for what it's worth!
