We got burgled once, when I was a kid. Not a nice feeling.

Sorry to hear that. Whilst it won't take away the bad taste, I hope your insurance covers.

 

I don't keep any gear outside of the house any more. Just too expensive to replace.

:angry: I had my garage broken into and had every single piece of carp and sea fishing tackle stolen but some scrote. Soco should be out in about 3 days apparently!!!!! So no summer fishing for me :wallbash:

 

Sorry to hear about that mate. Is there any way of identifying it, in case anyone on here sees it at a carboot or such, long shot I know, but you never know.

Angling is more than just catching fish, if it wasn't it would just be called 'catching'......... John

Sorry about your misfortune mate, I had a friend who had all his gear nicked out of his shed. LoydsTSB replaced it all under their household insurance - they didn't even replace like for like, the payed a lump sum to the tackle dealer they use and he could have whatever he wanted for that money!!
