i'm happy to see that anglers and their "unusual" habits have long marriages ,perhaps in many cases the wives saw their hubbies passion in it before marriage and excepted it ,perhaps people taking up angling after tying the knot have a harder time.

On 3rd Sept I completed 24yrs of hellish living. God I've started my 25th year, that's a quarter of a century!!!!!!!!!!!! my GOD you don't even get that these days for murder!!

 

On the day I got married the wife and her mother came to me and said they'd just noticed that I'd put my religion down as "Atheist" and I said so?? well they said that's people who don't believe in hell isn't it? and I said So?

 

They said well inside two years we'll prove to you there is a hell and you'll be living in it.
