the middle isnt a null point ,descrimination (as i gave an example in the one legged example) doesent have to be blatent ,you can discriminate by exclusion using criteria that could exclude those you dont wish to associate with!

its still discrimination but cleaned up so the hot under the collar brigade dont realise its there.

if (for example) i hate poor people then fees far higher than those nasty types could ever afford could be levied ,it doesent change the fact that i dislike poor people and if one managed to get those elusive fees then "other" criteria could be brought into force to get rid of "him"

discrimination is discrimination however cleverly its hidden so why not be allowed to say it up front .

i cant see whats wrong with racism, bigotry or any other forms of discrimination including religeous BUT ofcourse only the english (yes small e on english ,stupidity ? lack of language skills ? nope small means i can type with one hand thus save energy) ARE regarded as bigots racists and descriminatory arn't they

Why is the banner "racist" "bigot" or "predudice" firmly held over just the english? its bubbling just under the skin of all of us just waiting for an excuse to let it out!! no matter who we are where we live or how were brought up its there ,you may not recognise it but its there ,and better out than in in my oppinion.

 

if the facts show foreigners pinch fish without permission or without a rod licence it should be said not instantly picked on as some BMP flag waving tripe ,not forgetting than we may do it as well doesent enter the equasion one bit.

if a johny foreigner pinched fish from my clubs lake i would come down hard on him just as i would an "english" person why do i become a racist for saying it ?

 

if "english" anglers went to germany wouldnt we have to follow their rules!

 

if x amount of foreigners pinch y amount of fish from Z why cant you say it ,theres no bother if its an "english" gang doing the same thing no chants of racist pigs there ,but put foreigner pinch and fish in the same sentence and the holier than though lot crawl out from under their stones

 

remember ignorence isnt an excuse under the law if it applies to us it certainly applies to them whatever their culture!

if some thug came over and raped/killed/stole/abused a kid and made the excuse "its ok in our country" do you think the beaks would shake his hand and send him on his way.the law is the law here wherever you come from

thats bigotry against people who wish it to be against the law.

the law should read "its not against the law to take fish but if caught you will be punished even if you do wear a skirt and have ginger hair and keep talking about wee timorous beasties under your breath" thus those you dont wish to take fish can be "caught" and the others dont ,easy peasy and all sides applaud

you should try being the only english boy in a scottish school ,its from all sides

and on holidays in edinburgh (seton sands) beating the sassanach reunited the caths and prots on glasgow weekend

and being the only suvvener in a north shields depot was interesting in the extreme ,i love difference despite its downsides but you swiftly learn the rules that can make it easier to melt in which ofcourse all foreigners to a region should do hence the post in the first place.

abiding by the rules runs worldwide and it helps to look them up before getting involved as the polish guy i mentioned far back is doing in the club with my assistance .

and i personally cant see anything wrong with discriminating against some ethnically different its no different to having fees only a small number can afford or having menu's in french only french speaking people can read.

if i owned a water and didnt want poles fishing it (or pole users fishing it) then why shouldnt it be my choice ,at the moment by not being able to choose whoever you please discriminates against me!

 

If you think it's ok to discriminate against someone because of their ethicity you are a racist.

 

Your choice of not allowing Poles to fish your imaginary lake would be segregation - they had a similar thing on the buses in some American states right up until the 1950's.

right up to the late 60's ,nothing wrong with it ,out in the clear makes it far less dangerous than bottling it up and it all coming out in sudden race riots as in the police beating black person so prominately shown throughout the world .when racisms stops everywhere it will stop its not good to be singled out from the many thats dscrimination

 

as i said i can discriminate against anybody i choose for any reason i happen to think up at the time ,its no different to choosing heinze beans against another brand or preffering a dog against a cat.

 

i can choose to eject a person from my garden whether he's got a limp or is coloured ,it my choice not some pc idiot to decide.

 

must have been nice though to have a coloured only bus ,saves having to sit next to white trash
