Hi All,

What do you take with you to drink when it's cold?

I've always found tea & coffee tastes bad from a flask, maybe it's the way i make it.

Heat up a tin of hot dogs and take them in your flask with some finger rolls.

Brilliant cold weather fodder.

I take coffe but always take the milk seperately . Just before i make the flask of coffee , i always fill the flask with boiling water , emptying it just before i fill it with the coffee . I find this keeps the contents hotter for longer.

Some great suggestions there!

I particularly like the hot ribeana idea :)

Cheers!

If it's got to be a flask I'll take either chicken or oxtail soup. Normally though I'll take a single-ring gas burner and make soup/tea in situ, tea tastes a lot better when made fresh :)

its got to be made fresh but forget gas in the cold weather msr multi fuel with petrol and diesel mix, works a treat (and in summer the same mix doesnt half keep the midges away).
