You have many of these. In fact you have the same amount as non-smokers do. Some require separate smoking facilities, some don't, but you have plenty of them.

For my simple mind would you name some of them for me and please try not to be as vague has you were above.

 

I for my part can not think of any Pub, Club or Public social environment that i would walk into place an order and sit down and smoke without first walking out again.

Maudlin means 'tearfully or weakly emotional; foolishly sentimental'. That was the context in which I used it regarding your 'Hovis' post.

 

I believe it's a corruption of 'Magdalen' as in Mary Magdalen, who was historically depicted as a weeping penitent - not a drunkard.

I think you know exactly what I mean, Medway. You can still enjoy a drink, socialisation, banter, debate and any amount of interaction you choose, in any pub or club. It's only the smoking addiction part of it that must be done outside. Are you saying that moving somewhere else for a few minutes to smoke makes all of the other enjoyable elements of going to the pub not worthwhile?

 

Does this addiction really dictate to that degree?

MR Motorola kinda gives it away , i think.

 

Heart problem , narr , i've had a parent die of a heart attack , but all my basic signs are fine.(All checked / double and treble checked by seperate GP's / nurses and consultants)

I've had pneumonia at an early age which almost killed me, been in an eighty mph traffic collision (as a passenger) which i walked away from , been in some very nasty situations and subsequently ended up in crown court for ABH for my actions, my work puts me in the same insurance bracket as a police officer ,along with stories that would be so long and exciting that i would end up with no finger tips if i were to type them all out on here , oh , and pretty much enjoyed my life to the fullest of my potential.

 

Anyway, i don't do foreplay. Back on thread.

 

 

Oh , i forgot to add , if i were to drop dead sometime soon , with my past history of pneumonia and smoking , from a pulmonary related symptom / disease , the coroner may be swayed into giving the cause of death due to smoke inhalation. Strange really as i contracted pneumonia very early on in life.
