As can the Christians, apparently (from the same report):

 

"The Association of Muslim Schools and the Christian Schools' Trust applied to the Government to set up a separate inspectorate for a small number of private faith schools."

There is already a Jewish Court that deals with similar disputes for Jewish people, I can't see that this is much different.

 

Despite the headlines, its not suggesting that thieves get their hands cut off...............unfortunately.

 

Once again, something with "Muslim overtones" sets everyone off.
