Just been chatting to Dave @ TackleBargains and he was raving about these Fladen flotation suits they've just had in.

Just click the image of the suits on the following page:

Hi Elton,

I have a Fladden suit at the moment.

Getting a bit on the tatty and old side now,and has started to leak down the back.

But it has given good service and protection, over the last few years.

The new suit looks good, I like the colours.

I may contact your mate for a new one.

I would reccomend them to anyone, like the two piece version.

Cheers

Yakity. :)

Ive had a 2 peice Fladden one for a year now almost - and is best one I have yet, keeps me nice and warm in yucky weather, and if it gets to warm on a nice day - can always take of the jacket - plus plenty of pockets on it !!!!!!!!

Highly recommend them.

Hiya,

I've been using the Fladden 2 piece suits since they first came out. I cant fault them and Linda has even tested her on accidentally and it passed with flying colours :):)

How come you all have two piece ones?

I think it's the crap swimmer in me that likes the comfort of a 1-piece! :)

It makes it a lot easier to go to the loo :)

The 1 piece suit is good, I just think the 2 piece is more practical and is just as efficiant :)

My main 'concern' with 2-pieces is the temptation to only wear one piece. I know you wouldn't, and nor would many on here, but I bet it's tempting to some on a hot day.

Out of curiosity, does anyone know if wearing one piece helps at all, should you fall in?

i have always wanted to change to a 2 piece for many reasons, recently i seen a post somewhere where some1 raised an interesting point that made me think abit. Would the wind blow up the top making you colder than it would be with a 1 piece?

Hiya,

with the Fladden suits you have flotation in both parts so if you fell in with just the bib & brace on, it would still help to keep you warm & floating the right way up :)
