change your passwords to something easier to remember?

im guessing it detected the vulnerability in a temp file, that was stored on your HD while you were on the net.

I thought the SP2 firewall didn't let you block outgoing connections? You could always get the Firefox browser and get rid of Ad-aware and spybot. Touch wood, I haven't had one bit of spyware since i started using Firefox.

You could try "ctrl alt delete" and look which process(es) are using up most of the CPU time.

It sounds like the graphics card you have doesn't support DirectX 9. And of course, more RAM will make the game run better once it actually works. Infact, just looked now and it needs 256 RAM.
