  1. I would'nt Works very well with worms! (and other baits)
  2. Controller float, size six raptor, a few of the leech's on the hook kept in place with a piece of rubber band. Thats would be my choice
  3. Years ago Mat i passed a petrol garage in our area that did a maggot vending machine, but i have never been able to find it since! Maybe a google will find it?
  4. Rods that start with a massive ring thats to far from the reel, any bit of slack you reel in without clamping the line normaly wraps around the back of the reel! Reels that have collapsable arms that open and lock on there own, normaly when stuffed into a small compartment in your bag. Rod holders/quivers that have the strap so high that you end up supporting it with your hand, defeating the object of the shoulder strap! Grub type screw fixings that ruin the thread they are supposed to screw into! Brolleys that leave the spike 2ft into the ground! I could go on all day lol
  5. Gars Gars Gars galore, a bit of sport on a light lure rod, 2 mackys came out friday but not to me, hopefully they will never come in and it will save dodging flying leads and getting tangled Had a rod out with whole peeler on both thursday and friday but not a sniff! Back down there in a mo
  6. Very nice, congrats I see no comment on catching thousands of dogfish, whats the trick?
  7. I'm going to put a trap down when I get there and if I get any peelers I’m going to use them, if I get any pout while waiting then I’ll give it a go. Will also be having a crack with the lure rod with one of Snatchers sand eel fly’s on the end, iv been waiting for the weather to warm up to give these a go, hopefully I’ll get some fun on them! I’ll report back god or bad tomorrow. Some good news anyway, the free local paper came through the door today and it seems that the end will be accessible by about august and even said it will be ready for fisherman, although I wouldn’t of mind letting the end have a break for a year
  8. Anybody fished it or heard how it’s fishing lately? I'm hoping to fish the afternoon tide on Thursday and was wondering how other people had got on! It's about peak time for the bass, mullet and mackerel, but as you can't fish the end is there any sport from the huts? I’m not really interested in flattie bashing! Thanks in advance
  9. Make it £40 Newt and i'l consider wearing it for half an hour
  10. I Love You = can we have sex Carpet = Pet for your Car!
  11. rspb site on controlling magpies I'm not to well up on what they class as as i'm sure airgun law is that you must not shoot in the directon of a road closer than 30ft, so if you back onto the farm then i cant see a problem, although the pellet would be landing in somebody else property. I would speak to the farmer, he may be happy to allow you to do a bit of pest controll as it could benifit him aswell. Last night on my travels around the net i found someone selling stuffed magpies, these are ment to be good decoys for attracting other magpies who are either curious about whats happend to one of thier own or to attack it, If you want a link i'l pm it to you.
  12. Thats some delivery time
  13. The fake bread is great as you can tear it up to whatever shape and sixe you like and has a nice bit of weight for freelining. I don't rate the fake dog biscuit very high personally, but i allways have them in my tackle box incase i have no mixers with me when the fish are taking off the top, i take the weight out from it and use a short hair on its own and have caught on them.
  14. I wouldn't worry about radio transmissions; you won’t be home when the alarm is switched on anyway! And as a side note, if one house has a £200 alarm and the house next door has a £2000 alarm, I would be more inclined to try and rob the person who can afford £2000 to spend on the alarm in the first place, or even nick the alarm itself Not that I would though, I’m a security guard
  15. The rspca are bound to be seeing him in court soon!
  16. And there's me messing about with corn
  17. Put Defoe in and then west ham will help win another world cup, although this time it ill be our rejects
  18. The usual plastic bags, terrapin, bits of line, lures and have also had keepnets (from the middle of lakes) trolleys, chairs, seatbox's, bungy cords and a pair of scissors hooked through the finger hole At the start of the last pike season i hooked onto some line, and saw out the corner out of my eye the bloke in the next swim's ball buster going mental, i ended up getting about 50 yards of line and left it safley in the margin 10 yards from him. I think he learned 3 things that day, don't cast across the lake, pay attention to your tackle and remember to turn your bite alarms on
  19. What a waste, its for my cakehole only
  20. Salard cream folded into creamy mash potatoe Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
  21. Also Here And here Twochay, try this bloke, he was after some match tackle!
  22. Quick Quick before the battle of the last word is started up again
  23. Ok i think we can end this pretty easily. My todger is 8inch long, if your's is any bigger then your the daddy, if not stfu
  24. I don't eat fish so up to now any that i have caught have been put in the freezer and mashed up for my pier fishing groundbait.
