What is the weather doing at the mo?

It's been a great day here, blue sky and sunny. Where there was a bit of wind (quite light) it was cold but nice and warm out of the wind.

 

No snow yet.

 

Location - just north of Edinburgh over the bridge and turn left

About 1 " of slush at the mo but here it comes again!

Left the house at 05.10 this morning for work and there was about4/5" of snow lying. And purposely stuck to main roads and not one bloody gritter had been out. It was that bad I was doing 30mph max on duel carriageway and there were tools flying past me doing 50 at least. Seen one of the maniacs get his just rewards. Some people are clueless or just oblivious to bad weather conditions!

Looks like the Midlands and SE are going to get snow Wed/Thur luv it luv it but I do feel sorry for people who have to travel.

Trying again here. Overnight snow cleared in 'warm' sunshine. Expecting more in next few days and colder - at least that's the forecast this lunchtime.

Woke up this morning full of flu, looked out the window - Winter wonderland! white everywhere! - went back to bed.

Just got up again, snow's all melted, but it is dull and overcast out. I think we're due more snow!!

Here on the east coast near Cleethorpes its been clear all day but started to snow but stopped.

Its very dark and grey out there. 15.15
