Have just logged on to AN after a two week holiday.

 

Absolutely gutted ...

 

I never met Alan, but through his messages and banter on AN got to know him as one of the few good guys.

 

He will be sorely missed.

i was inocently on my dinner break at my new school an get a text from mum saying alan died i didnt belived her at first but then i got used to it alan was an ace guy and will be sorely missed

I posted on the thread that announced Alan's death that I never met him but still thought I knew him. Alan intended to come to Wingham several times but sadly never made it. RIP my friend.

I,ve been off line for a while, I think Alans demise will be felt for quite some time. All I can add is my best wishes to all concerned, and alan don,t argue with those angels!
