Species caught in 2016: Alder, Blackthorn, Common Ash, Crab Apple, Left Earlobe, Pedunculate Oak, Rock Whitebeam, Scots Pine, Smooth-leaved Elm, Swan, Wayfaring tree.

Species caught in 2015: Ash, Bird Cherry, Black-Headed Gull, Common Hazel, Common Whitebeam, Elder, Field Maple, Gorse, Puma, Sessile Oak, White Willow.

Species caught in 2014: Big Angry Man's Ear, Blackthorn, Common Ash, Common Whitebeam, Downy Birch, European Beech, European Holly, Hawthorn, Hazel, Scots Pine, Wych Elm.
Species caught in 2013: Beech, Elder, Hawthorn, Oak, Right Earlobe, Scots Pine.

Species caught in 2012: Ash, Aspen, Beech, Big Nasty Stinging Nettle, Birch, Copper Beech, Grey Willow, Holly, Hazel, Oak, Wasp Nest (that was a really bad day), White Poplar.

That last shot is what photography is all about Janet. Capturing the moment. Super pic, even if it is not photographically perfect.

 

It was a bit difficult, as we were rocking the boat and icebreaking at the time, so it was very much point, shoot and hope for the best!

 

It was brilliant the way they slithered off the ice into the open water!

 

Steve, the winter boating was brilliant! I've done a full write up with photo's on CWDF.

Janet just had a look great photos and looks like you had a great time excellent write up of a great winter holiday,you did well to get the kingfisher shot ...blink and they are gone .

The dog shot was very good see they ain't that scary really but he ain't as cute as my little fella ;):lol: glad you had a good time Steve.

We are not putting it back it is a lump now put that curry down and go and get the scales

have I told you abouit the cruise control on my Volvo ,,,,,,,bla bla bla Barder rod has it come yet?? and don`t even start me on Chris Lythe :bleh::icecream:

beautiful picture

afraid i have been too busy driving too and from work and trying to stay upright when visiting patients,would have had a good one this morning when i got stuck going upa steep hill
