Nathan, are you actually saying you caught a 10lb Mackerel, now that would be a big fish, unless it was a Spanish Mackerel.

are you sure it wasnt a kipper ,besides being identicle in every way but its shape ,size,weight,habitat and eye colour they both can reside in chimneys for a while :)

I suppose it's what you're used to..if you were catching 6lb bream, then a 10 pounder would be a big fish.

 

Me? Any thicklip grey mullet that's over 35lb I suppose.
