I doubt that many of you have lived under a dictatorship as i have...When it was politicians/military/bastards that could decide your fate according to how it suited them...You really...i mean REALLY do not want to go down that road.

No you really don't want to live under a dictatorship. I have never lived under one, but I visited the USSR and Poland many times during the Cold War. Half the posters on here, including yours truly would probably be in forced labour camps, digging for gold, diamonds or worst of all salt in a forced labour camp in sunny Siberia.

The problem isn't what people don't know, it's what they know that just ain't so.

Surely being eristic is the goal

Believe NOTHING anyones says or writes unless you witness it yourself and even then your eyes can deceive you

None of this "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" crap it just means i have at least two enemies!

There is only one opinion i listen to ,its mine and its ALWAYS right even when its wrong

Its far easier to curse the darkness than light one candle

I don't think that that is being suggested. He has no legal status in this country but we're being told he can't be sent back to his own country where he's been found guilty of terror crimes...in the meantime he threatens our lives! We don't want him here but for some reason the rest of Europe won't back us up!

This get's sillier and sillier. It's got nothing to do with the "rest of Europe", zero to do with any other member of the EU. The EHCR is not an EU organisitation.

The problem isn't what people don't know, it's what they know that just ain't so.

What has convicting him got to do with deporting him? We already have grounds for deporting him, we are prevented from doing so because the country we would deport him to would apparently be likely to breach human rights legislation in this country and that has somehow become our problem. If we convicted him, we still wouldn't be able to deport him, we would be stuck with spending a fortune keeping him here.

I think we should bundle him in the boot of a car, drop him off in Strasbourg and deny all knowledge. And not let him back into the uk.

Ah, but Steve the European Court of Human Rights that has nothing to do with Europe apparently says that we can't...therefore we must obey!

the ehcr and the e u are joined at the hip. Both arrangements are getting sillier and sillier in the day to day impositions they set over the 500 million. Not fit for purpose, a waste of tax payers money and both should be closed down to get back to reality. look at the case in question, this is the result of bonkers legislation and rules and regs that have turned around and bit the very people whom they are set out to protect. A total waste of space.

Free to choose apart from the ones where the trust poked their nose in. Common eel. tope. Bass and sea bream. All restricted.

New for 2016 TAT are the main instigators for the demise of the u k bass charter boat industry, where they went screaming off to parliament and for the first time assisting so called angling gurus set up bass take bans with the e u using rubbish exaggerated info collected by ices from anglers, they must be very proud.

Upgrade, the door has been closed with regards to anglers being linked to the e u superstate and the failed c f p. So TAT will no longer need to pay monies to the EAA anymore as that org is no longer relevant to the u k . Goodbye to the europeon anglers alliance and pathetic restrictions from the e u.

Angling is better than politics, ban politics from angling.

Consumer of bass. where is the evidence that the u k bass stock need angling trust protection. Why won't you work with your peers instead of castigating them. They have the answer.

Recipie's for mullet stew more than welcomed.

Angling sanitation trust and kent and sussex sea anglers org delete's and blocks rsa's alternative opinion on their face book site. Although they claim to rep all.

new for 2014. where is the evidence that the south coast bream stock need the angling trust? Your campaign has no evidence. Why won't you work with your peers, the inshore under tens? As opposed to alienating them? Angling trust failed big time re bait digging, even fish legal attempted to intervene and failed, all for what, nothing.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..

It has nothing to do with the EU.

Simple really, some of the evidence used against him was obtained by torture.

Are you ok with torture used to gain evidence? Or or you happier with the more "traditional" Western values of a fair trial?

Which is it? One or the other.

that was in his first trial. now they have given assurances that it would not be used in the second trial, what's the problem.
