Damage limitation exercise.

Problem is its too late and the wrong people are still there.

As a socialist and a lifelong supporter of the Labour Party the sooner Tony Blair goes the better

Could not agree with you more Brian, some more old Labour Policies would not go amiss either. Needless to say the looney right on this board are having a field day.

After a certain age, if you don't wake up aching in every joint, you are probably dead.

Are they? I thought they were being suspiciously quiet...

I've always been a labour voter but enjoyed them getting a good kicking yesterday.

It was also good to see the BNP ruffle some feathers.

I actually sat up watching the results come in and the various political studio guests spinning and twisting. They all make my squirm, why can't they be honest and admit that they've messed things up, apologise for the mistakes they make and pledge to learn from them, it would certainly gain them more respect from me.

Eat right, stay fit, die anyway.

I liked the comment about the reshuffle being like 'rearranging the deckchairs on the Titanic'.

As he is a former ships' steward I want to ask John Prescott for some ice with my gin and tonic, just to keep him in practice.

This is a signature, there are many signatures like it but this one is mine

I see that Mr Prescott no longer has any real responsibility, but he keeps his title, and I assume he keeps his salary, expenses, 3 houses, two Jags and pension
