TBelle - read post #3 where John S was able to figure out what the poster wanted to know and give an answer.

 

He didn't give specific numbers because while 15 is the usual minimum number to have an unrestricted account, we occasionally extend it on a case by case basis.

there still thinking about mine after lots of posts ,still not sure of my intentions so i have to email them by gas :(

Believe NOTHING anyones says or writes unless you witness it yourself and even then your eyes can deceive you

None of this "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" crap it just means i have at least two enemies!

 

There is only one opinion i listen to ,its mine and its ALWAYS right even when its wrong

 

Its far easier to curse the darkness than light one candle

Wouldn't it just be easier to explain to S Mac that things will change after 15 posts, (as I read somewhere else) and their posts will then appear straight away as does everyone elses.

 

just to close this post, i love this forum, everyone is great with some great helpful advice. as for the forum, some info on the 15 message rule would have been nice, as replies to post sometimes come 2 hours later, and can seem out of context, by the time you add it and some members add theres. but i do totally agree with the 15 post rule, keep the idiots out. but please moderators, explain this better.

 

many thanks to all, i have now reach 30 post and im enjoying all the advice i need from the more experience fisherman, im learning new ways, and new tackle as well as a little bit input on the things i know.

Point well taken s_mac. I usually do try to add a note for new users but on occasion we really get slammed with posts and I forget.

 

I also thought the info was part of the intro pages when a new user registered but it isn't so we need to add it. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. I have added the information.
