think the gold shinny might be a year round feeder lenny but not possitive on that caught ballans in feb from deep water , and cookoos in april so wee might be able to wickle one or two out !!

Do any of you going to LA build your own rods. I had a sort out today and have four butts with graphite reel seats They were originally a two piece and the connecting thread and nut is still attached. They would be ideal for 50 lb class rods

 

If they are any use to anyone i will take them up there if not I will bin them.

 

I thought about having my Shirley Temple trimmed in readiness for my trip to LA but it looks like the wind has swung into the cold cold North in readiness for my arrival. I'll need all the cover I can get on my Barnet.
