I am starting to feel very depressed and inadaquete.

pollack 8lb 8oz

conger 25lb

wrasse 5lb 4oz

all in ireland.

bass 11lb 4 oz.

as for the rest pretty average cod up to six plaice 2 and half plenty of flounders but only to 2lb.

all off the shore.

Best so far is a cod of 4 1/2 lbs and a 2lb mackie

Pretty average stuff for me although back in the late 90s I had 2 garfish of 3lb 8oz on bait( Yes...I know they would have been records if I'd been arsed to claim it ).The last 3 years for me have been exclusivly with the fly and have Bass to 5lb 8oz, Pollock to 2lb 8oz,Mackerel to 1lb 8oz and Scad to 2lb.

Sadly nothing to write home about in the last three years - much more quantity than quality, we rarely target the larger fish.

 

Of the top of my head.

 

Pollack 12 lbs (with lots around 10lbs mark)

Cod 9 lbs

Ling 10 lbs

Spurdog 9 lbs

Tusk 7 lbs

Red Gurnard 1 lb 7oz
