no idea s i have yet to venture to a tackle shop. but the thought appeals to chuck a chicken breast into a baitbox and let the flys do their thang.

Why are we having this conversation? Even if they were £10.00 a pint and you went to a Commercial that cost another £10.00 - Where else are you going to have a fantastic day out for £20.00???????

I've never yet gone into a tackleshop and managed to walk out with just a pint of maggots!

Thats my exact answer! I do however know the cost of the smallest amount of maggots my local shop will sell, does that make me the meanest angler ever?

I am not complaining about the price at all, I was just wondering what everyone else pays.
