They are not fishing boats but you might be able to fish from them, they are all out of service being in various states of damage or repair, three or four of then are expected back in service towards the end of 2018.

Just hope we don't have the Argies invading the Falklands again. We'd be STUFT because we have no Merchant Navy to STUFT from.

The problem isn't what people don't know, it's what they know that just ain't so.

Free to choose apart from the ones where the trust poked their nose in. Common eel. tope. Bass and sea bream. All restricted.

New for 2016 TAT are the main instigators for the demise of the u k bass charter boat industry, where they went screaming off to parliament and for the first time assisting so called angling gurus set up bass take bans with the e u using rubbish exaggerated info collected by ices from anglers, they must be very proud.

Upgrade, the door has been closed with regards to anglers being linked to the e u superstate and the failed c f p. So TAT will no longer need to pay monies to the EAA anymore as that org is no longer relevant to the u k . Goodbye to the europeon anglers alliance and pathetic restrictions from the e u.

Angling is better than politics, ban politics from angling.

Consumer of bass. where is the evidence that the u k bass stock need angling trust protection. Why won't you work with your peers instead of castigating them. They have the answer.

Recipie's for mullet stew more than welcomed.

Angling sanitation trust and kent and sussex sea anglers org delete's and blocks rsa's alternative opinion on their face book site. Although they claim to rep all.

new for 2014. where is the evidence that the south coast bream stock need the angling trust? Your campaign has no evidence. Why won't you work with your peers, the inshore under tens? As opposed to alienating them? Angling trust failed big time re bait digging, even fish legal attempted to intervene and failed, all for what, nothing.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..

So what are U311, U32, U33, U34, U35 and U36? Maybe they are fishing boats?

We have a leaky aircraft carrier with no aircraft and all our main fleet tied up in Portsmouth.

I see Huge has already responded but....

Dey is broke.

I'll take that as a tongue in cheek question unless you want a reply. btw, I would reaffirm my support for and respect of our Merchant Navy including during the Falklands.

Argentina is in no position to attack the Falklands again.- even with their recently ordered Israeli fighters.

Their forces are severely degraded and the Royal Navy maintains a presence in the area with a frigate or guided missile destroyer accompanied by an RFA vessel in the South Atlantic and a patrol ship, currently HMS Clyde, permanently close to the islands.

The Islands are fairly brisling with missiles and we maintain four Eurofighter Typhoons at Mount Pleasant, along with around 1200 British Army personnel.

We were caught with our pants down in 1982 and the MN and regular forces did a sterling (but costly) job - but times change.

It does not matter. In most naval conflict you need STUFT and we are STUFFED for STUFT. I wasn't there but my brother and a few mates were. Edited by corydoras

That's easy Cory, to get our next lot of troops and equipment to the Falklands when the Argies invade the Gov. just use the IoW ferries out of Pompey, since the distance Pompey to Falklands is 7,862 miles, and the distance Pompey to IoW is 12.13 miles and the maximum cost of a single journey I have seen is about £166, then Wightlink could transport an APC and 3 crew, 7 troops to The Falklands for just £107,568, but costs would not include food so add a few trillion for cold coffee, stale sarnies and pies. So the UKMF could get there for under one hundred and fifty million! Return price would depend on how long they stay, the price of my return ticket goes up the longer I stay on the mainland.
