There's no "bad" and prior to about 2016, I'd have accepted content from sites like that or Snopes at face value too.

Not so much now though as the adage that "If a service is free, YOU are the product" has never been more apt.

In this case, those funding the "service" are feeding you a diet of curated information aimed at swaying your political opinions.
