It's presumably a stretch with access for a fairly small group of anglers and that's a very distinctive reel.

I smell a ploy to get new members into an expensive syndicate.

It's a club water open to anyone who pays the membership fee, it's by no means an easy water, (I know it quite well and used to spend a lot of time there) and many parts of it are very much underfished.
