Andrew get ready for some of the best mullet action you have ever had! They are packed in that habour so tightly at the moment they can hardly move! Looks like we are in for a good year!

 

My main goal is to beat my PB of 6lb this time around!

you wanna hope the pair trawlers in the sw approaches did not scoop a lot them up with the bass shaols during the winter sam, im convinced a lot of our mullet spawn in the same places and times, lets hope not eh,

I think the mullet are safe from the pair trawlers as they only work offshore. The bass are offshore feeding on sprats/scad/mackerel, whereas the mullet have to stay inshore to feed.

Toerag, I think the problem is when the mullet go offshore to breed, using the same areas as the bass.
